Whenever Sheamus hits the Brogue Kick, it hits with such impact that if it wasn’t a finisher, you’d be questioning WWE and their decision. As soon as it touches the jaw of the opponent, in your mind you basically go ‘yep, that’s it.’ and you’re convinced that that is not only a move that could finish someone in real life, but a move worthy of finishing ANY match whether it be a random brawl, a squash match, or a five star work of art.

Even more, when the Brogue Kick is hit out of nowhere, whether it be against a springboard opponent, or after a counter by Sheamus, it gets you off of your feet and can shock, and surprise you and really get your energy going. It is versatile in that it can be set up, it can be hit as a reversal, as a counter, against high flying moves, and out of nowhere. It is a credible finisher no matter where it is performed or who it is performed against.
